The Semicolon

I found this pin the other day and it really rang true for me:

"The semi-colon appears where a sentence could end, but instead it goes on."

I just love that. For me, it goes along the same lines of my favorite quote on this planet... "Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly." (aka. the butterfly effect)
