Fall Things I'm Loving: 31 Days of LOVE

This weekend, y'all, was the best yet.

Dallas caught a cold front which made saturday's high 50 degrees.

It was heaven and truly felt like fall.

(while it lasts... we will be back in the 90*s this week!)

Either way, here's a few 'autumn' inspired things I've been loving:

1.

Pumpkin Streusel Bread from Target

Oh my word. This stuff is goooood.

We made french toast using this and I swear to you it was the best i've ever had.

I can't wait to have it as toast this morning, too.

Run, don't walk and go get you some!

2. 

Bath and Body Works Candles.

I've tried scentsy, yankee candle and every other brand out there, and I keep coming back to B&BW.

They not only have every single darn scent out there (every season, too!) 

you can actually smell them. 

You know how sometimes you light a candle, and you can barely smell it unless you get super close to it? 

These fill your entire room with the best smells ever, for real!

For fall, we've been loving Marshmallow Fireside (My fav), Pumpkin Pecan Waffles, Harvest Coffee, and Leaves (also my fav).

Oh and they are almost always 2 for $22.

Can't beat that!

3.

Honeycrisp apples. 

This puppies are HUGE! I can barely fit them in the palm of my hand.

And boy are they delicious. 

Both crisp and perfectly sweet. 

Perfection.

Did I mention that you should go get you some?

Easy Like a 'Saturday' Morning: 31 Days of LOVE

Saturday mornings are my favorite, ever.

I pretty much love them.

Here's why,

Every saturday, like clockwork my family has a set schedule:

7am- wake up, throw on clothes, brush teeth

7:15-Run out the door and go yard saleing

Around 9 or 10 (depends on the sales)- go back home and jump back in bed

9-10: Watch The Pioneer Woman

(she makes me happy)

10:30-Mom gets inspired and makes homemade waffles

11- eat delicious homemade waffles, along with a homemade mocha (details on that soon)

11:15- wonder why life can't always be filled with simple saturday mornings

Moments of the Week: Short and Sweet, 31 Days of LOVE

I don't have much for you guys today, it was a pretty stale week.

BUT, I am so excited for the weekend,

especially saturday! This is the first saturday with cooler weather so the garage sales will be awesome.

Anyways, here's a wrap up of my week:

1.

Last saturday I babysat for my boss at work and it was so much fun.

She has a boy (9) and a girl (5), plus two pomeranian and they were dog sitting another little guy.

Oh my word. She was so cute. 

Corgi + Australian Shepherd.

I died. 

Good thing I LOVE dogs :)

2.

Lots of dogs this week, I guess.

But how could I not? I mean, do you see that face?

She makes my life happier, I swear. 

3.

 Yesterday was October 3rd. If you get that reference, you are my best friend.

On Wednesdays we wear pink.

4.

It's Friday. 

Enough said.

TV Shows I Love: 31 Days of LOVE

As I'm sure you're aware, Fall is the time for T.V. All of the shows start back up again and loads of new ones are coming out. 

While I really wish I had more time to watch TV, there are a few shows that I make time for.

As I mentioned here, Parenthood is my jam.

Over the summer, I got caught up on all the episodes I missed (netflix is the best thing ever). 

Gahh!! I just love it so much. Side note: RYBER, oh my goodness, I can't even.

If you haven't seen it yet, you're missing out!

I certainly can't say that I've seen every episode, but I love this show, nonetheless.

I was an original fan of Nev when I watched Catfish The Movie. I thought it was a genius film. So last year when they made a TV show, I fell in love. 

It's a brilliant concept, it will leave you guessing what will happen and they really master cliffhangers. 

I know a lot of people give it a bad rap, but I like it. So there.

Fall in fashion blog-land = boots.

Personally, I can't wait to break mine out, but it's still too dang hot. 

I've been making up for it, though, by pinning lots of fashion ideas incorporating boots.

31 Days of LOVE, Day One: What is LOVE?

I thought hard about what my first post would be for my 31 days of LOVE series.

I seriously stared at this screen for what seems like forever. 

Then it clicked. 

My first post should answer the question:

"What is Love?"

I could get all philosophical about it, use quotes and big words to impress you. 

And I tried that. I had an entire page filled with words to answer that very question. 

but then I deleted it all. 

 I thought that this video answers the question much better than I ever could.
